Day 10 in Hong Kong – HKG to MAC

Another early morning, we have to take the 9am ferry to Macau. Boarding the TurboJet for the first time with Chubby, crossing fingers that he won’t have sea sickness.

Riding on a taxi saw these ridiculous amount of cell phones mounted on the windshield (a blurry iP4 photo). This driver had his bluetooth on, picking up calls after calls from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 cell phones. Yes, total of 6 mounted on the windshield. How many cell phones does one need? Answer is 6!

Today is our last day in Tokyo, flying out from Narita to Hong Kong. There were not flight available from Haneda so we had to get up at 5am just to be on the 6:55am shuttle to the airport. Staying here at the Southern Tower hotel for 3 nights, finally remember to take a picture at the lobby. Yes that’s right, this is the lobby front on the 20th floor. Not sure why they have their lobby on such high floor. Never had a chance to find out what’s below it.

Lately, we find no monster crawling inside our room shaking vitamins bottle in the middle of the night. I guess our little monster is finally adjusted to his jet lag haha. Today is a nice sunny day, but still very cold. We will spend our day in Shinjuku to buy a few more items on our list, and some souvenirs.

Good morning Japan! Today is such a refreshing day! Mommie finally got over with her throat infection and could finally sleep better. A quick view inside the room, found no Chubby inside his luggage – thats because even Chubby was having a good night sleep =) In fact, he was still asleep on the bed somewhere inside the warm blanket.

What’s new? Early in the morning, we were packing up. Today we are transferring from Osaki to Shinjuku. The 4 nights of guest room at Auntie Ayami’s apartment is up, so we are getting a hotel room in Shinjuku for the rest of our stay.

Today bear bear mommie is really sick, her throat is swollen. We are taking mommie to see the doctor DOKTORS?! Mommie was diagnosed with a throat infection, which leads to a high fever of 104F which wouldn’t go away.

Today we are taking the bullet train to Karuizawa Prince shopping outlet. This is our first bullet train experience, frankly speaking it is quite expensive. Our round trip ticket was 206,000¥, that’s roughly $250USD and of course Chubby goes on for free =)

Day 2, 4:30am – The jet lagged Chubster dismantling everything inside our luggage. He loves to shake this bottle of vitamin D from his mom. Chubby has been keeping us up all night just because he didn’t agree that it was bed time =(
