Daddy has 3 jobs piling up in the next 2 weekends so we decided to take Chubby to the Sea World to have a fun weekend.  We know that he loves staying in a hotel so we booked a 1 night stay in San Diego.  As expected, he was so excited at Sea World seeing all the fishes and shows…..and oh he loved loved loved the popcorn!

Terrible 2- Naughty but Cute

Since Chubby turned 2, everything was overwhelmed. From finding out that we will be expecting again, to Chubby starting to non-stop talking. Eventhough it seems a lot of stress on us, Chubby is actually very cute at this stage. He’s developing lots of expressions, emotions, tandrums, sometimes with lots of instructions….yup instructions for us to play with him =.= and did I mention, lots of talking? “No” is his favorite word now, everything is a “no” – A very typical 2 year old! Here’s the summary-

Chubby will now say a few phrases.

“Where daddy go? Here you go! There you go! That one, that one! Go Away! Got you!! This One! Catch it!”

“Mame, this cho cho cho cho Dydoh kay? – um okay”

Chubby will also make us do pretend eat and pretend cook with him. He’s starting to learn how to sing and dance haha its really funny! He’s also trying to immitate us when I caught him once saying to our dog, “Ding Ding, pou pou?” Pou Pou as in carrying her up. And tell Ding Ding, No!

Chubby’s Peditrician was telling mommie that his speech wasn’t clear and we should have an assessment evaluation done by Early Intervention. So mommie made a few calls and there were 3 assessment done at home with Chubby ie. Developmental, Speech and Social. He passed all the tests, and was told that he’s actually pretty good for a 2 year old and he was actually a little bit advance for his age. I didn’t know until I put the list of words on a piece of paper and realized he actually knows more than a hundred words. Nothing happier than hearing from expects that your son is doing great! Keep up the good work Chubby!

Announcement ~ Chubby style =)

Here we go! Dydoh #2 in the baking.  This time was totally unplanned, surprised, and shocked for us.  Chubby will have a ‘zilla sibling soon. Hopefully Chubby will become an all around big brother that can help mommie a bit.

1st Trimester -

It was a torture.  I don’t recall I was in so much discomfort throughout my 1st trimester with Chubby.  This one is painful! Nausea started at 6 weeks and it went all the way till 12 weeks.  Meat has been such a big turn off.  No food after lunch basically, enough said. I had a craving for lemon and potato.  Yes potato in any sort of recipe, – from potato chips to baked potato, not a problem at all. Please do not let me see anything raw after 3pm, yup that includes sashimi and esp foie gras.  I already have a stomach upset by just thinking about it.  Emotions like a roller coaster and I’m just not in a mood or happy at all.  So much work to do at home with an active Chubby, which is not helping at all.  I don’t know what I’m getting myself into. Just stay away.

13 weeks- I finally feel there’s some sunshine.  I can finally resume my dinner with a soup and salad. Things are getting better but still feeling very tired.  Abdominal Tightening like Braxton hicks last night.  I don’t know when I can have a good rest, probably and hopefully in another 4 years.
